The more programs you use on your computer, the more junk files, from installing and using them, are left behind.

Over time, those junk files becomes a problem that fills the hard drive and slows the operating system. System Ninja is a free system cleaning application designed to remove unnecessary files from your computer's hard drive, and to manage Windows processes.

A lot of applications are capable of removing these files, but most of them only search in several default locations. This way many unnecessary files still remain on the hard drive. System Ninja scans the entire system for junk files using a smart tracking system. The discovered files can be manually selected for removal or deleted all at once. User caution is advised here, as it may be possible that you delete useful files erroneously marked as junk. If you don't know what a certain file is for, do not remove it. You can select certain folders to scan using the Folder Junk Cleaner option.

The Startup manager allows you to select the processes launched at Windows startup, stopping unnecessary ones from running in the background. The running processes can be stopped as well, using the Process Manager feature. As a security option, System Ninja can download and run MalRun Destroyer, a tool that identifies and removes malware processes. A file analyzer utility is also included, providing MD5, SHA1, or SHA256 checksums for selected files.
